CREATION OF NEW BILINGUAL WEBSITE

CHALLENGE
When an organization decides to design and build a new website, one of the challenges is to develop the new online presence in a way that is mindful of the needs of the end user but is built to accommodate the requirements of the client. Ontario Northland's new website needed to present corporate services, passenger schedules, general information, news, video content, and more.
INSIGHT AND KEY CONSIDERATIONS
Working with Ontario Northland to create a clean, contemporary and engaging online presence required TWG Communications to learn about the various aspects of this corporate giant. With several divisions and a wide variety of audiences, the new sight required a look, feel and application that would be informative and easy to use. The client also wanted the site to be built so their staff could make changes as needed in real time.
IMPLEMENTATION
The site was built, tested and populated with a great deal of cooperation and collaboration between the TWG team and the folks at Ontario Northland. Integration of pre launch material and new content was completed on time and within budget.
RESULTS
What a difference a day makes. The new site has been hailed as fabulous from internal and external visitors. Passengers have indicated the site is much easier to use than the previous one and the addition of new images and video content has ensured the modern look Ontario Northland was seeking.
